Forgot Password

There is a 'Forgot your password?' link on the main login page of the or.k12test.com site. Clicking on this link will prompt the user to enter their email address and they will be sent a confirmation link to reset their password.

Admins can also reset a users password by going to the 'Assessors' tab, selecting the assessor, and scrolling down to the 'Change Password' section. Admins can assign a new password and click 'Update Password'.

New Email Address

Users who have moved districts and no longer have access to their registered email address will need to login using their old login and password. Once logged in, email addresses can be updated in the 'Settings' section.

If an assessor does not know their old email to login, the Admin can also go to the 'Assessors' section and update the users email and/or password.
