DTC Monitoring
District Test Coordinator (DTC) Monitoring Access
If you are a DTC who needs access to monitoring and/or data entry you will first need to register for an account on or.k12test.com (use 'Create new Account' link). Once your account is active, and you have completed the required training and proficiency, contact your State Admin partner for credential verification.
Student testing progress and paper/pencil data entry is monitored in Student Details on the Monitoring tab. Students will first need to be Rostered for access to Monitoring. Students can be rostered across multiple accounts for Monitoring purposes. The key for testing progress is listed at the top of the Monitoring page.
