Resetting Proficiency Tests (DTCs/QTCs only)
Resetting Proficiency Tests
All proficiency tests have 2 attempts available. If an assessor fails both attempts, they will need their proficiency test reset to take a third attempt. It is recommended at this point the training pages are reviewed prior to completing proficiency attempt 3.
How to Reset Proficiency Tests
Login to or.k12test.com and go to the 'Admin' section and select the user account that needs to be reset. Any users who have failed 2 proficiency attempts will appear at the top of the Users list. All DTCs will automatically receive an email notification if any QTC/QA/Alt-SEED Only User in their district has failed 2 attempts and needs their proficiencies reset.

Click on 'View' and 'Reset Attempts'. A pop-up will appear to confirm resetting this users proficiency.

Once reset, the user will be able to take a third proficiency attempt.
