Paper/Pencil Data Entry
Rostering and Monitoring
As is the case with ORExt electronic administration, prior to paper/pencil data entry assessors will need to complete a student roster. In the Student Details, Rostering section, assessors select students for test administration from a comprehensive list of students within the district(s) associated with each account. Assessors are required to enter primary and secondary eligibility codes for students who will be rostered. If no secondary eligibility code is selected, the system will default to [0]Not Applicable.
Student testing progress is monitored in the Testing, Student Tests section. Qualified Test Coordinators (QTCs) and District Test Coordinators (DTCs) will be able to monitor test administration and data entry in the Student Tests section.
Paper/Pencil Data Entry
All paper/pencil data entry is completed on the or.k12test.com site in the Testing, Test Students section for all rostered students. Primary eligibility codes are required to gain access to data entry. Assessors will select the student and subject area, and then select 'Data Entry'.

Once in Data Entry, the assessor will then select the student's response of A, B, or C for each item. Writing items are the only items scored by the Assessor and will have 0 or 1 options for data entry. After all data is entered, click ‘Submit’ to complete the data entry process. Data entry may also be completed in multiple sessions by selecting the 'Save & Exit' option.
